Aufgaben

**From Developer to Co-Creator:
**While AI takes over repetitive coding tasks, your strategic influence in product development grows. You learn to analyze business models and user needs, formulate hypotheses, and turn your findings into roadmaps and product-oriented backlogs.

**Architecture & Responsibility in the AI Era:
**You develop software that not only functions but is structured and long-term sustainable – based on established architecture principles and modern patterns. You identify risks when using AI, monitor its decisions, and keep track of costs, API limits, and system performance.

**AI-Enabled Development & Deployment:
**You use modern AI tools to develop stable prototypes or complete MVPs, automate testing, and safely deploy them. You keep an eye on AI decision-making – from quality and compliance with your requirements to observability in live operation.

**Orchestrate AI as a Team Member:
**You set AI strategically in the team, develop agents for various tasks, and orchestrate their collaboration. You automate workflows and integrate company data through established frameworks like LangChain or MCP – for genuine AI features with added value.

Qualification

• You have a passion for technology and enjoy developing products that excite users.
• You bring solid knowledge in modern software development.
• You are curious, ambitious, and actively seek ways to further develop your skills.
• You enjoy agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and work well in a team.
• You can empathize with users and stakeholders and understand how to think about technical solutions from a product perspective.
• You are willing to dive into complex, rapidly evolving topics like AI development and agent workflows.
• You don't stand still: changes in the tech stack and new tools motivate you rather than intimidating you.
• You enjoy thinking outside the box and taking on technical as well as product strategic responsibility.

• We train you within 3 months remotely/online to become an AI Software Engineer.

• The training is possible on a part-time basis.
• You get a mentor who guides you through the program and simulate work in product teams.
• After three months, you can start as an AI Software Engineer with certification in product teams.

You receive a certificate, all course materials, and a broad network. We recommend a language level of B2 in German for the course.
