Junior Software Engineer (Support & Operations)

We are a young Health-Tech startup that enables doctors to offer new Distributed Healthcare solutions, so patients in remote and underserved regions can access healthcare. This is your unique chance to be part of a well-funded Health-Tech company in its early stages – with direct influence on the health of our patients and our tech product from scratch. We are already operational and serve hundreds of patients every month.

Tasks

• Supporting the further development and optimization of our backend and embedded systems to ensure seamless functionality.
• Customer Support: answering user questions about the product, supporting customers with hardware installations, reporting and editing customer feedback on bugs and features.
• Configuring software and hardware at HQ.
• Error correction and problem-solving to minimize downtime and maximize performance.
• Developing the setup and DICOM integrations.
• Administrative tasks: device management, MDM.

Qualification

• First experience in backend development with languages like Python or Java/Kotlin.
• Fundamental knowledge of databases and SQL queries.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and their implementation.
• Will to work in a dynamic startup environment and be flexible when facing new challenges.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team to develop solutions.
