Your Tasks with Us

As Junior Software Engineer (all genders), you will work together with experienced colleagues on modern software solutions for various customers. You will have the opportunity to continuously build your technical expertise, learn new technologies, and take responsibility for your own topics.

• You support in developing modern software solutions and work on frontend-, backend-, or cloud-based applications depending on the project.
• You contribute to architecture-, API-, and platform-based solutions and learn to better understand technical relationships and decisions.
• You use modern development tools, frameworks, and KI-supported tools and learn to integrate them meaningfully into your daily work.
• You actively immerse yourself in new technologies, tools, and engineering practices and develop your technical skills continuously further.
• You support in creating technical concepts, prototypes, and solution approaches for our customers.
• You contribute to the development of our development standards and best practices and bring in your own ideas.
• You deal with modern KI tools and their application possibilities in software development and support in evaluating and testing new approaches.
• You participate in technical reviews, knowledge exchange formats, and team workshops and learn from the experiences of your colleagues.

• Ideal would be if you already had some experience with web technologies, cloud environments, APIs, or modern frameworks. Your own technical projects or GitHub contributions are a plus.
• You have very good German language skills as well as good English language skills in writing and speaking.
