Backend, APIs, Automation & Internal Tools

We develop internal tools, API integrations, and automations for IT security and consulting processes.

This is not about demo projects or software for the drawer, but about solutions that work in everyday life: processing data, connecting systems, automating reports, reducing manual work, and making processes more reliable.

If you don't see software development as an end in itself, but as a tool to make real processes better, you might be a good fit for us.

What You Will Work On

You will support us in building and further developing internal software solutions, for example:

• small HTTP services and API interfaces

• automations for recurring workflows

• processing and structuring technical data

• reporting and export functions

• integrations between existing tools and platforms

• simple interfaces or adjustments to existing frontends

• documentation of your solutions so that others can use and further develop them

You will not work in isolation on artificial practice tasks, but on requirements from real projects in the IT security environment.

Tech Stack and Working Environment

You don't have to master everything yet. It is important that you have the basics and can learn thoroughly.

With us, you will work with, among other things:

• Python

• C#

• TypeScript / JavaScript

• HTTP, REST APIs and JSON

• Docker

• Git

• Power Automate

• Microsoft 365 and API-related automations

The focus is on backend, APIs, automation, and internal tools. Frontend may occasionally be included, but it is not the main focus of the role.

On-site means for us: on-site.
This position is based in Munich; home office is not planned for this role.

You don't have to be a finished developer. It is important that you:

• have first practical experience in software development – whether from training, studies, internships, or personal projects

• fundamentally understand HTTP, REST APIs, and JSON

• write code that others can understand, maintain, and further develop

• deal consciously with error cases and analyze technical problems independently

• document your solutions clearly

• want to take responsibility for your work

• have very good German skills (our project and customer language) and good English skills

Helpful, but not a must:

• first experience with Python, C#, or TypeScript/JavaScript

• basic knowledge of Docker or containerization

• experience with Git

• interest in automation, e.g., with Power Automate or comparable tools

• interest in internal tools, API integrations, and reporting automation

Certificates are not a must – the willingness to familiarize yourself with our stack is.
