Junior Software Administrator

We are seeking a figure to be inserted as Junior System Administrator.

The selected figure will support the IT team in managing and maintaining the company's infrastructure, with the possibility of actively participating in the development of the product itself

Expected activities:

• Monitoring and control of server status (Windows/Linux).
  
• Patching and system updates management.
  
• Support for information security management (endpoint, access, policy, audit).
  
• Hardware maintenance: component replacement, verification of functioning, firmware management.
  
• Support for Active Directory, domain controller, and access policy management.
  
• Virtualized environment management (VMware).
  
• Tech support for internal issues related to systems and infrastructure.
  
• Collaboration with the development team to ensure a stable environment for internal software.
  

Minimum requirements

• Degree or equivalent in computer science or equivalent field.
  
• Basic knowledge of systematics (Windows Server, networks, troubleshooting).
  
• Able to operate on hardware (assembly/component replacement, firmware).
  
• Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server database (basic level).
  
• Teamwork attitude, curiosity, and proactivity.
  

Preferrable requirements (plus)

• Basic knowledge of C# or predisposition to programming.
  
• Experience or notions on: Active Directory, Virtualization VMware, Information Security Principles, Infrastructure Monitoring
  

• Previous experience, even minimal, in system administration or IT helpdesk roles.
  

• Good knowledge of English, especially reading and writing.
