Junior Social Media Storyteller 50-80% (m/f/d)

Are you at home on social media, love creating creative content, and are eager to bring brands to the most exciting platforms? Then we are looking for exactly you. You take topics that seem awkward or complex at first glance and make them so tangible that everyone understands them – without losing anything important.

This is what you bring:

• Research complex topics and translate them into simple language, images, and examples. You recognize the core of a complex topic and get to the point so that laypeople understand it in seconds – without it becoming wrong or trivial.

• You sketch ideas as scribbles, mood boards, or storyboards and brief art directors precisely.

• In brainstorming and ideation sessions, you contribute your own ideas and think in terms of strong hooks, series, and recurring formats.

• Write social posts and blog articles that engage non-experts.

• Develop and co-produce short-form video and storytelling formats for exciting topics.

• You test drafts, gather feedback, and continuously make formats more understandable.

• Analysis & Optimization: You evaluate successes and thus bring social media performance to the next level.

• Extract learnings with subject matter experts

• Project support

• Use AI tools meaningfully for research, ideas, and variations.

This is a plus:

• Training or experience in social media, communication, or marketing

• A sense for storytelling that captivates target audiences

• Very good German and English skills
