About Us: We are a growing organization looking for a creative and motivated Junior Social Media Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for university students or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing. As a Junior Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, developing and implementing social media strategies, and analyzing the performance of our online presence. Your duties will include: • Developing and maintaining ABM College's social media presence across multiple platforms; • Creating and curating high-quality content that aligns with our brand and messaging; • Monitoring and responding to comments and messages on our social media channels; • Analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize our online presence; • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform changes to continuously improve our social media strategy. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience); • 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field; • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is an asset.
