Tasks

Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn & Co. are your playground – and at BIRCH COVE, it becomes your profession. You support our team in managing multiple accounts, help set up, monitor and evaluate campaigns, and learn how paid, owned and earned media can be integrated into effective funnels.

You bring in your own ideas, think creatively with and develop yourself step by step together with experienced colleagues to independent account management. At our method set, you actively work with and get real insights into the work for very good, demanding customers from day one.

Qualification

What you bring

• A completed degree, a training in the field of Marketing/Kommunikation/Medien – or a comparable qualification, preferably also as a lateral entry

• First practical experience in Social Media or Performance Marketing (practicals, work student activities, own projects, side hustles – everything counts)

• Basic understanding of the most important platforms and enthusiasm for diving deep into Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager & Co.

• Analytical thinking and a sense of good concepts and creatives – you understand what works on a platform and can mediate between performance data and creative aspirations.

• Very good German and solid business English

• Curiosity, self-initiative and enthusiasm for growing with a fine team
