To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Junior Social Media Marketing Manager, who has the enthusiasm to dive into the world of professional social media campaigns and develop professionally and personally.

Aufgaben

• You support in planning, implementing, and optimizing Social-Media-Marketing-Campaigns.
• You work closely with Creative Design, Creative Strategy, and Project Management together.
• You help with the maintenance and coordination of ongoing campaigns and ensure clean processes and timings.
• You contribute to Performance Analyses and learn to interpret relevant KPIs in Organic & Paid Social.
• You support in reporting, learning, and continuous optimization of campaigns.
• You take on more responsibility for your own task areas and sub-projects step by step.

Qualifikation

• You have first practical experience in the field of Social Media, Marketing, or an agency (e.g. work student:in, internship, first permanent employment).
• You are interested in Social Media Marketing, Performance, Trends, and digital campaigns.
• You work structured, reliable, and learning-oriented and bring a Hands-on-Mentalität with you.
• You have no aversion to numbers and want to understand how Performance and KPIs work.
• You approach things friendly, professionally, and responsibly.
• The communication in German is secure for you, English is an advantage.
