We are looking for a Junior Social Media Manager who loves social media – but most of all, you love what can be done with it? We seek someone who doesn't just react to briefings, but recognizes opportunities. You will work together with our team to really move brands – creatively, strategically, and with attitude – and take on responsibility while growing.

• Support in managing our customer relationships in day-to-day business as well as preparing presentations and alignments
• Collaboration in creating social playbooks and content strategies together with strategy, creation, and other teams
• Translation of strategic approaches into creative, platform-specific content ideas – and enthusiasm to actively shape and implement these
• Support in developing social media measures and ideas that target specific goals
• Operative management and monitoring of community management as well as alignment with content creators
• First contacts with paid social and participation in implementing smaller campaigns in coordination with the team
• Gradual takeover of own projects or partial areas in the social sphere in close cooperation with experienced colleagues

• 1-2 years of social media experience, ideally in an agency or a dynamic environment
• You enjoy content creation – strategically thought out and creatively implemented
• You have fun presenting
• A structured work approach and a good sense for priorities in day-to-day business
• A mix of seriousness in your demands and lightness in your work
• First experiences with social media tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Sprinklr etc.) as well as first knowledge in the paid area
• Curiosity, openness, and enthusiasm for creative collaboration
• The wish to take on responsibility and develop professionally and creatively – you don't have to be able to do everything, but you want to grow
