For our agency headquarters in Fürth (Nuremberg Metropolitan Region), we are looking for a Junior Social Media & Influencer Manager (m/f/d) for immediate start, full-time.

Responsibilities

• You will design creative social media strategies and implement them together with the social media team (planning, creation, and evaluation)

• Research on current social media trends

• You will plan, implement, and monitor ad campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and others

• You will manage and develop influencer campaigns (research, planning, coordination, and negotiation, as well as creating reports)

• You will continuously expand your creator network and maintain sustainable relationships

• You will be in direct communication with clients and influencers/management

• You will support the in-house artist management team at events, trade fairs, and in daily workflow

Qualifications

• You have 1 to 2 years of professional experience as a Social Media Manager in advertising/creative/digital agencies

• You are a professional in planning and creating social media campaigns and have already taken responsibility for various social media profiles

• You are a social media native and are familiar with all social channels, especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

• Affinity for technology, digital topics, and platforms

• You are equally creative and analytical

• You have flawless German language skills and very good English skills

• You are a team player, but can also work independently

• You are confident in dealing with clients and partners and can provide appropriate advice

• You enjoy photo and video productions and have initial experience with relevant tools (Canva, Edits, Adobe Photoshop)
