Hi! We are FC Viktoria Berlin.

The FC Viktoria Berlin is redefining women's football. Our team has been playing in the 2nd Bundesliga since 2025/26, driven by a clear vision: to make our club, our players, and the entire women's football stronger, more visible, and economically stronger.

We want to create even more attention and for that, we are looking for someone who brings our content to life, formats it, plays platforms, and builds a community together with us that grows and is really connected. Are you there?

YOUR MISSION

We have a strong content strategy – now we need someone to consistently implement it. You support our Head of Content operationally and creatively: from editing to planning, to supporting matchdays. You think in platform-independent, know the latest trends, and work independently so that ideas and content do not lie dormant – but go live.

Tasks

THIS IS YOUR PLAYFIELD

Content & Storytelling

• Cutting of Reels, Matchday-Content and serial formats
• Support at shootings, takes and creative productions
• Thinking along with image language, storytelling and content ideas
• Observing trends and adapting new formats

Social Media & Community

• Publishing and community management on our platforms
• Support in developing our social media strategy
• BUILDING AND MAINTAINING AN ACTIVE, ENGAGED COMMUNITY
• Creating small reports and evaluations of content performance

Matchday & Events

• Support on matchdays: live content, stories and behind-the-scenes
• Accompanying events, takes and community activations
• Flexibility around home games and weekend work

Organization & Communication

• Support in editorial planning and content calendar maintenance
• Support in small press and organizational matters
• Perspective: holiday coverage in the content area

Qualification

YOU BRING THIS ✨

• You are social media-affine and know what works on which platform.
• You work quickly, independently, and don't lose sight of quality.
• You are creative and operationally strong.
• You have a sense for trends, communities, and platform logics – fast-paced social media are not new to you.
• You are willing to work on matchdays and weekends.
• Experience in the field of content, social media or video editing – whether in a job, internship or through own projects.
• Residence in Berlin or willingness to move to Berlin.
