(Junior) Social Media Consultant - B2B

Contegy is the boutique agency for B2B companies from the technology and industry field. We support our customers in communicating complex and explanation-requiring topics clearly and effectively.

We are looking for a (Junior) Consultant with focus on Social Media at the earliest possible time.

The position can be full-time or part-time (from 20 hours).

Aufgaben

At Contegy, every day is different, so your tasks will also be diverse:

• You advise and support tech and industry companies from the B2B field in the area of Social Media.
• You are responsible for account and project management for several customers and work at eye level with relevant stakeholders (C-Level, founders, marketing representatives, product management etc.).
• You develop communication strategies, positioning, and core messages and ensure that they are implemented in practice.
• You think up narratives for corporate brands and persons (Corporate Influencer) that function in relevant social networks.
• You design and create content in word, image, and sound - depending on the target group, platform, and topic.
• You manage Social Media accounts independently - from editorial planning to publication, monitoring, and community management.
• You create KPI-based analyses and optimize measures to create maximum business relevance for our customers (and us).
• In the context of our customer projects, you brief and coordinate external service providers such as freelancers and partner agencies.

Qualifikation

• You have at least 2 years of experience in marketing and communication - preferably in a communications or social media agency.
• You are not afraid of complex, explanation-requiring topics. On the contrary: B2B communication, technology, and innovation are your passion. You love stories that only become sexy on second glance.
• You are active yourself on relevant Social Media platforms for B2B brands.
• You think in storytelling and large campaigns; content is more than just text to you. You think out-of-the-box and incorporate all instruments of marketing communication into your concepts.
• You know your way around tools like Slack/Teams, Canva, Figma, Notion, Asana, Trello, Jira & Co. - or are eager to learn.
• You use KI-tools pragmatically to accelerate processes, so that more time remains for in-depth content and creative ideas.
• You have a growth mindset and want to develop yourself professionally and personally. You are self-reflective, give active and constructive feedback, and take it just as well.
• You have a confident, sovereign demeanor and are not afraid to demonstrate your competence as a consultant. We work with our customers in partnership and at eye level.
• You speak German and English on C2-level.
