We are looking for a Junior Social Media & Ads Assistant (Part-Time)

You're a marketing student who wants to apply what you've learned in a real, creative, and impactful project?
We have an interior design startup + training courses, and we're looking for a colleague with energy and initiative!

What you'll do:

Create posts and reels (with the materials provided by us) for Instagram
Manage ads on Facebook/Instagram (Meta Ads Manager – we'll teach you if you don't know)
Optimize website texts (SEO basic – easy to learn, no coding required)
Think up campaign ideas and analyze what works (CTR, CPA, etc.)

What we're looking for:

Creativity + initiative (to come with ideas, not just receive them)
Clear thinking and good aesthetic sense (you don't have to be a designer, but you should have an eye for what looks good)
Basics in social media + interest to learn about ads & funnels
Hands-on attitude and seriousness – we keep what we set out to do
