Aufgaben

• Develop and implement social ads strategies and campaigns on platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok – from goal definition to evaluation
• Creative conception of new campaign ideas and various testing approaches
• Analyze the performance of ongoing campaigns and develop optimization approaches and strategic recommendations for our customers, together with the team
• Edit requests and create offers
• Support in budget planning and forecasting
• Trend monitoring and writing articles for our news blog
• Participation in optimizing workflows and processes

Qualifikation

• Passion for all major social media channels
• You have already worked in a social ad account and are familiar with the basic structure of advertising accounts
• Campaigns you can already set up independently and have first-hand experience managing them
• Knowledge of common KPIs
• Basic interest in topics like image language
• Number affinity, ideally basic knowledge in the field of statistics
• Serviced-oriented approach to our customers
• You enjoy working in a team, but you can also work independently and structured
• You bring curiosity and self-initiative with you
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Good English language skills
