About the Role

You'll be assisting in the management and delivery of commercial interiors projects across the Bay of Plenty, gaining hands-on experience in site coordination, subcontractor management, health & safety, and quality assurance. This is a great opportunity to grow your leadership skills while working alongside experienced construction professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting day-to-day site operations across multiple interiors projects
• Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Upholding site safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Learning from experienced Site and Project Managers in a structured environment

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of construction/site experience, ideally in commercial fit-out or interiors
• A relevant trade background or construction qualification
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards
