Junior Site Agent

Position: Junior Site Agent Location: Johannesburg, South Africa We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Site Agent in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil engineering or construction management, with a keen interest in site management and project coordination. Responsibilities: - Assisting the Site Agent in overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control - Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects - Maintaining accurate records and reports of project progress, including daily logs, site diaries, and project files - Collaborating with the Site Agent to identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction - Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field - 1-2 years of experience in site management or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word - Familiarity with project management software and tools.
