JUNIOR SETTORE ARREDAMENTO PROJECT MANAGER

Figura crucial in the realization of projects will have the responsibility for the entire project from the start-up phase to the closure of the project. It will manage and develop the project in all its aspects, as a reference figure. The main task is to coordinate various elements of an interior design project, from planning, engineering, to total realization, ensuring that the work is completed within the expected timelines, budget, and quality levels.

From the planning phase where the details of the project are defined and the necessary activities are assigned to achieve the predetermined goals, through dialogue with the internal or external client, it will supervise all activities during implementation, monitoring every step and intervening in progress to resolve any problems, keeping its references constantly updated on the respective developments, aware of the importance of a correct information flow that may include the preparation of reports and ad hoc documentation and management of internal meetings with the team.

In detail, it will be responsible for:

• Managing projects from a technical and organizational standpoint;
• Coordinating resources involved in different phases, both technically and managerially;
• Preparing project documentation and producing progress reports;
• Predicting the project budget;
• Verifying compliance with timelines and budget in relation to client requests;
• Dialogue and managing relationships directly with suppliers and clients;
• Ensuring that quality levels are met;
• Formalizing technical solutions for improvement in terms of realization, quality, and cost savings;
• Intervening in case of problems and managing changes;
• Managing and preventing all possible risks.

REQUISITI

• Ottimo abilità comunicative ed empatiche;
• Capacità organizzative e di problem solving;
• Capacità di gestione e di attenzione ai dettagli;
• Conoscenza degli strumenti informatici di gestione e disegno tecnico;
• Conoscenza lingua inglese;
• Possiede un diploma tecnico o laurea in discipline tecniche;
• Pregressa esperienza lavorativa nel settore costituiranno titolo preferenziale.
