As soon as possible, we are looking for a (Junior) Service Technician Construction Machinery Field Service (m/w/d) for our branch office Koblenz. What you're interested in Your tasks include taking over simple repair and maintenance work on construction machines, performing routine checks, and ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and ready for use. You will also be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting problems, and identifying solutions. In addition, you will be involved in the planning and implementation of service activities, such as scheduling appointments with customers, preparing necessary documentation, and coordinating with other departments. Your tasks will also include maintaining accurate records of all work performed, including repair orders, maintenance records, and customer communications. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as adhering to safety regulations and guidelines. We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team, has excellent communication skills, and is able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
