Tasks

You are the first point of contact for our customers. You set up campaigns not only technically, but also explain the story behind the numbers.

• Setup & Optimization: You steer SEA campaigns (Google/Microsoft Ads) to performance level.
• SEO Power: You are responsible for on-page and off-page measures for exciting SMEs and strong brands.
• Data Intelligence: GA4 and the Google Tag Manager are your playground. Without clean tracking, there are no decisions at our company.
• Customer Consulting: You lead strategy calls and reports – sovereign, advisory, and always on eye level.

Qualification

• Experience: You have already worked 1-2 years in the SEO/SEA field (agency background is a plus).
• Tech Stack: Secure handling of Google Analytics 4 and GTM. You understand that data is the heart of every campaign.
• KI Affinity: You use tools like ChatGPT, Claude or specialized SEO KIs not only for testing, but as a fixed part of your workflow.
• Communication: You are open and can explain complex strategies in such a way that customers understand and love them.
• Vibe: You work independently, think with us, and have fun shaping the Digital Trendteam actively.
