Your Tasks

• Viability in Education Portals: Independent maintenance and optimization of our educational offers in Kursnet and MeinNow
• Keyword Analysis & Monitoring: Conducting analyses on the search intention of potential course participants and regular monitoring of our rankings
• Content Optimization: Creation and adaptation of SEO-relevant texts for our courses to ensure optimal findability for education voucher interested individuals
• Project Support: Close cooperation with the marketing team to scale our organic reach in the German education sector
• Process Guidance: Supporting the setup of efficient structures to quickly and SEO-optimized publish new course starts on all platforms

Your Skills

• Degree or training in marketing/communication, with first-hand experience in the SEO field
• Experience with the portals of the Federal Agency for Work, particularly Kursnet and MeinNow
• Strong data understanding, quick grasp of complex relationships, and a structured work approach
• Communication strength and absolute negotiation confidence in German (C2 level) to create targeted course descriptions, as well as very good English skills
• Independence, proactive problem-solving orientation, and creative use of AI applications for content creation
