We from Platri IT are looking for reinforcement in the area of Product Ownership. We are an engaged and open-minded team with a startup flair from Bochum.

Besides developing individual software in the form of web, app, and platform solutions, our recruiters place IT professionals at our partner companies. Furthermore, we develop our own software ideas and accompany digital products from the first vision to the successful go-live.

• Fitting Responsibility: As a Junior Product Owner, you take on incremental responsibility and receive a comprehensive insight into product strategy, software development, and customer communication. As a Senior Product Owner, you develop product visions, roadmaps, and product ownership processes actively with customers and developers.
• Direct Impact: Your work influences which functions are developed and how initial requirements become a usable digital product.
• Customer Proximity: You're involved in discussions, workshops, and presentations, bringing different perspectives together and translating them into a clear product direction.
• Support & Learn: Questions? Our IT team supports you anytime. Additionally, we guarantee an individually adapted onboarding process. Every start should be unique!

Your Mission?

• Work closely with our customers and learn about their goals, business processes, and user groups.
• Accompany or lead terms for developing product visions, requirements, and concepts.
• Translate requirements into user stories and manage the product backlog together with our IT team.
• Maintain clear requirements, take functions away, and support quality assurance.
• Prioritize refinements, sprint planning, reviews, and other agile terms and accompany or moderate their implementation.
• Keep customers and internal stakeholders informed about progress, decisions, and open points.
• Observe the use and impact of implemented functions and lead improvements together with the team.
• As a Junior Product Owner, support our Product Owners in planning and steering individual software projects.
• As a Senior Product Owner, take on the professional responsibility for individual software projects in the form of web, app, and platform solutions.
• As a Senior Product Owner, develop product visions, roadmaps, MVPs, releases, and development stages together with customers and the development team.
• As a Senior Product Owner, support our Sales and Consulting teams in new projects and accompany Junior Product Owners in their development.

Qualification

• …have first or several years of experience in digital product or project management, UX, or agile software development.
• …have a degree or training in a relevant field or are a motivated newcomer.
• …can analyze complex topics and structure them clearly.
• …enjoy working with customers, users, and technical teams.

• …work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented.
• …have knowledge of agile methods like Scrum or Kanban.
• …ideally have experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Miro.
• …value teamwork and want to further develop professionally.
• …for the Senior role, bring additional experience in developing product visions, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs and set clear priorities even in challenging situations.
