Junior Security Supervisor

Red Ember Recruitment, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Junior Security Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and company assets. The role is responsible for implementing and monitoring systems, equipment, and procedures to provide outstanding security, first aid, and emergency services. Main Responsibilities: Maintain quality in security, incident, and risk investigations. Ensure efficient service delivery to enhance guest satisfaction. Supervise security operations, conduct regular inspections, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including security personnel, management, and other departments. Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Identify and report potential security risks and incidents to management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to security and risk management. Provide support and guidance to security personnel during emergency situations. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's security policies, procedures, and protocols. Provide input to management on security-related matters and contribute to the development of security strategies and initiatives. Monitor and report on security-related metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement. Ensure the security team is equipped with the necessary resources, training, and support to perform their duties effectively. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's emergency response plan and procedures. Provide support and guidance to security personnel during emergency situations. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's security policies, procedures, and protocols. Provide input to management on security-related matters and contribute to the development of security strategies and initiatives. Monitor and report on security-related metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
