Tasks

What you'll be doing

• You'll manage your own, smaller accounts and be the central point of contact for SEA, supported by experienced colleagues
• You'll plan, control, and optimize campaigns, mainly in the Google Ads universe
• You'll analyze campaign data (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, Looker Studio) and lead to measures from bidding strategies to asset optimization
• You'll write ad copy, research keywords and target groups, create assets, and work on structured account setups
• You'll use KI in your daily work, for example, for ad copy, research, or initial hypotheses
• You'll work closely with SEO/GEO, Tracking, Social, and Project Management

How the job looks like

• You'll work on several accounts simultaneously
• Not every test works immediately. What's important is that you learn from it
• Coordination with colleagues and customers belongs to your daily routine
• As you gain experience, you'll take on larger accounts and more complex topics

Qualification

• First practical experience in SEA, for example, as a work student or with 1-3 years of professional experience
• Willingness to take on early responsibility for your own (smaller) accounts from day one, including direct customer contact
• Safety when dealing with numbers and statistics, as well as text security for ads
• Interest in how paid search is changing through KI and automation
• The ability to learn knowledge yourself and actively seek feedback
• A structured working style and reliability
• German language skills at the C1 level

You don't have to be able to do everything. What's important is that you want to understand why campaigns work or not.
