(Junior) SAP Consultant Data Management & S/4HANA Transformation (m/f/d)

Have you gained initial experience in the SAP environment and want to take the next step? With us, you will work from the beginning on real customer projects related to SAP S/4HANA, data management, and digital transformation. We are looking for you to strengthen our team as a (Junior) Consultant Data Management & Retirement Services (m/f/d). Together, we support companies in transforming their SAP landscapes, efficiently managing data, and aligning systems for the future.

Your tasks:

• Consulting from the start: You will work directly with the customer from the first project – initially alongside experienced colleagues, then step by step with your own responsibilities. 

• Data Cleansing & Volume Management: You will analyze data inventories, assist with their cleansing and optimization, and participate in the decommissioning of customer systems. 

• ILM & Customizing: You will learn how to implement ILM requirements in the SAP system and assist with customizing tasks in customer projects. 

• Technical Analyses: You will support the analysis of system landscapes with Natuvion DCS Analyze and prepare results for customers and project teams.

• Get to know S/4HANA projects: You will participate in the conception and implementation phases of S/4HANA projects and systematically expand your expertise.

• Help shape standards: You will further develop standards, methods, and project approaches in data management and drive automation and AI initiatives forward.

• Workshops & Presentations: You will participate in the preparation and execution of customer workshops.

Your profile:

• Professional qualification: You have completed a degree, for example in (Business) Informatics or Business Administration, or have a comparable qualification.

• Initial SAP experience: You have already worked in the SAP environment – for instance, as a working student, intern, or junior consultant. Prior exposure to data management, SAP ILM, or archiving is a plus, but not a requirement.

• Consulting: You have gained initial insights into SAP consulting and now want to develop faster and more visibly than you have been able to so far.

• Technical understanding: You have a solid fundamental understanding of SAP architecture and are eager to delve into technical and functional concepts.

• Work approach: Analytical thinking, a structured way of working, and a passion for creative solutions characterize you.

• Communication: You communicate confidently and approach people openly. Excellent German language skills complete your profile; you are familiar with the English language.
