Junior Salesforce Technical Consultant

Freeway We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Technical Consultant to join our Salesforce practice team, part of the largest growing Summit Partner in Latin America. Our mission is to help transform and optimize our clients' business strategies across the region, revolutionizing the way they use sales, service, marketing, analytics, and customer loyalty tools. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: • Implementing Salesforce solutions for clients, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. • Providing technical support and training to clients, including developing and delivering training materials and conducting workshops. • Collaborating with other team members to deliver high-quality results, including developing and implementing project plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery. • Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends, and applying this knowledge to improve our practice and deliver better results for our clients. • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. • Participating in internal projects and initiatives, including contributing to the development of our practice and the growth of our team. • Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager. Some of the key requirements for this role include: • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information systems, or business administration. • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as Salesforce implementation, technical support, or consulting. • Strong understanding of Salesforce features, functionality, and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks, and develop and implement effective solutions. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong desire to learn and grow, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
