Job description: Professional customer service for Plus and Polsat Box at a modern Point of Sale Active sales and promoting the full range of products offered to customers at the Point of Sale Realization of individual sales targets (quantitative and qualitative) Care for the highest level of customer service based on applicable standards Active phone contact with customers having our services Ongoing updating and expanding knowledge and skills Taking care of correct fulfillment of tasks and responsibilities Providing excellent customer service in accordance with company policies and procedures Maintaining a positive attitude and being proactive in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve individual and team goals
