Junior Sales Specialist - Junior International Forwarder

Location: Warsaw

Your responsibilities

Work is stationary in Majdan near Warsaw - convenient access from Warsaw, Otwock and the surrounding areas.

We are looking for people with knowledge of German and communicative knowledge of English to join our team.

Initially, you will learn:

• accepting inquiries from clients,

• preparing simple quotes and offers,

• working in transport systems,

• contacting carriers,

• basic transport planning.

After onboarding, you will be responsible for:

• independently preparing transport offers,

• selecting the best method of transport execution using our own fleet or carriers,

• contacting clients and carriers,

• analyzing transport profitability and negotiating prices,

• monitoring order execution and responding to current client needs,

• developing and maintaining client relationships,

• cooperating with the operational department, sales department, and carriers.

Our requirements

• We do not require experience in forwarding - we will teach you everything during the onboarding.
• Knowledge of German at a minimum level of B2, enabling free email and phone contact with clients and carriers.
• Communicative knowledge of English.
• Ease of talking to people and good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn the TSL (transport-forwarding-logistics) industry.
• Accuracy, responsibility, and good work organization.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer service, sales, or working in a dynamic environment, e.g., in gastronomy, retail, hospitality, or a call center.
• Experience working with AI-based tools, e.g., systems supporting quote preparation, route planning, or data analysis.

• Option to commute to work by company bus from Warsaw-Wilanów.
