(Junior) Sales Manager:in Print & Digital (w/m/d)

We are a multiple-award-winning media publisher in Berlin and produce cross-media themed magazines. Our issues appear regularly as supplements in Germany's leading magazines and daily newspapers (e.g. Handelsblatt, DIE ZEIT, WirtschaftsWoche, STERN, CAPITAL, WELT and Brigitte). The contents are also digitally prepared, thereby generating additional reach.

Aufgaben

YOUR TASKS

• You conceptualize and manage a complete themed magazine independently from start to finish (in collaboration with our editorial team and graphics)
• You make sales, acquire companies and take care of project financing
• You research and win new cooperation partnerships and advise them on content and our placement opportunities
• You decide which associations and ministries your issue can thematically accompany
• You work with media and PR agencies, journalists and illustrators and coordinate production and design

Qualifikation

ARE YOU THE ONE?

• You are a sales talent – communicative, persistent, goal-oriented
• You have a desire to be part of a media team and, in addition to your sales tasks, gain insights into editorial work and content marketing
• You are media-savvy and want to link sales with content-oriented claims
• You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on media, communication, business administration or marketing, or have completed a commercial apprenticeship
• You possess negotiation-proof German language skills
• You have a desire for insights into the areas of sustainability, medicine, economy, new technologies & lifestyle
• You bring ideal experience in the field of sales or PR/marketing
• You possess a high degree of self-initiative, enthusiasm, and sense of responsibility
