Tasks

• Independent lead qualification on leads that are just waiting for you to call
• Counseling business leaders on how they can win new employees or orders through our unique systems
• Preliminary qualification of interested parties for counseling with our experts using our validated system
• Participation in team meetings and handling minor admin tasks (our fully automated CRM system takes care of 99% of the tedious tasks)

Qualification

• A clear German pronunciation and high energy
• Learner's willingness, performance orientation, and a desire to continuously develop yourself
• A hunger for earning money and the willingness to work full-time on-site in Würzburg
• No sales experience necessary, regardless of whether you're fresh out of training, finished with your studies, or just about to abandon your studies because you finally want to start something new
• We don't value specific training paths; what's more important is that you burn, want to learn, and are willing to give it your all
