Your Tasks

• You actively shape sales processes for our digital employee acquisition and contribute your own ideas.

• You build and intensively maintain long-term partnerships with our customers in the field of Business Consulting and Services.

• You present our innovative solutions for skilled worker acquisition directly on-site at our Gera location.

• You accompany the entire sales cycle from the initial contact to successful closing.

Your Profile

• You are enthusiastic about sales and want to start your career in the sales field.

• You convince with strong communication skills and self-confidence in conversations.

• You are goal-oriented, appreciate a dynamic environment, and like to take initiative.

• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.

Compensation

We offer an annual salary of EUR 30,000–150,000.

Your first months at TLM Gera

In the first few months, you will be intensively trained in our sales processes and will gradually take over your own customer projects. Through our mentoring program, you will have experienced contacts by your side who will guide you through your first steps in the sales field. You will quickly realize how we achieve our goals through innovative ideas and strong team cohesion.
