Junior Sales Manager (m/w/d) Industrial Plant Design & Digitalization

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Manager (m/w/d) to actively support our growth in the Industrial Plant Design Services (IPP) area – with focus on 3D modeling, laser scanning, database solutions, and digital process solutions.

Tasks

• Sales support for our digital solutions in plant engineering and construction
• Presentation of 3D modeling-, laser scanning-, and database engineering-based solutions to customers
• Participation in creating offers and presentations for new customers
• BUILDING and maintaining a sales pipeline, as well as managing customer data in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
• Attendance at customer meetings, expert conferences, and trade show appearances for lead generation
• Tight collaboration with experienced Sales- and Engineering teams

Qualification

• Degree or training in process engineering-, mechanical engineering-, civil engineering-, computer science- or comparable fields
• Familiarity with 3D modeling (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks) and interest in laser scanning & database solutions advantageous
• First experiences in sales, customer contact, or project management advantageous
• Tech-savviness and enthusiasm for digitalization solutions in plant engineering
• Outstanding teamwork skills, self-initiative, and communication strength
• Very good German language skills, English language skills advantageous
• Travel readiness within the DACH region
