You'll work with KI tools that take 70% of administration off your hands, receive exclusive, ready-to-buy inquiries instead of cold calling, and earn from day one based on your success.

Aufgaben

• Beraten & Abschließen: You'll transform qualified customer inquiries into tailored financing solutions - in conversations via video and phone, without cold calling.
• Tech statt Tippen: Our KI-based tools structure data, formulate emails beforehand, and prepare submissions to over 700 bank partners. You'll focus on the customer.
• Netzwerk nutzen: You'll work closely with our 170+ partner real estate agencies - technical integration often provides you with object documents before your first phone call.
• Produkt mitgestalten: You'll give direct feedback to our tech team and shape how our tools will look tomorrow.

Qualifikation

• A completed degree (e.g. business administration, economics - also dual) or a banking education
• Analytical strength, structured working style, and empathy to accompany people in their most important financial decision safely
• Hunger to become a financing expert within record time - you don't need prior knowledge of mortgage financing

Wichtig zu wissen: For the start, you'll need the trade knowledge exam according to §34i GewO - not for your application. We'll give you a confirmation beforehand. When you join us, we'll reimburse you for the examination and preparation costs up to €1,000.
