Junior Sales Manager

betterPortrait is an innovative Swiss start-up that has developed a software solution that transforms normal smartphone photos into high-quality, uniform, and professional portraits. Over 100,000 images have already been processed this way. To launch its market entry in Germany, we are looking for a Junior Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• You actively and creatively research potential new customers and establish initial contact

• You analyze your customers' needs, guide them through the entire sales process, and develop the optimal solution for their company portraits

• You build your own customer portfolio and manage it independently

• You build the entire sales structure in Germany and are jointly responsible for growth

• You question internal processes and proactively make suggestions for optimization and efficiency improvements

Qualifications

• Experience in building a market area and ideally knowledge of international SaaS sales

• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for sales and customer loyalty: You listen actively, ask targeted questions, and thereby recognize your customers' needs

• Initial experience in B2B customer service is essential

• Structured, independent, and organized way of working

• High self-motivation, hands-on mentality, and entrepreneurial thinking

• Willingness to travel to potential customers in Germany
