- You advise and consult our private customers on insurance and financial products from inquiry to contract adjustments or clarifications.
- You analyze customer needs, recognize optimization potential, and find suitable solutions.
- You act as a link between customers and insurance providers and ensure smooth processes.
- You support with questions, complaints, or contract changes and ensure an excellent Customer Experience.
- Depending on your level of experience, you will take on additional responsibility areas, such as
- Further development of the insurance comparison
- Knowledge management & quality assurance
- Support for internal projects
