Junior Sales Consultant

Are you a commercial talent with at least 1 year of experience in sales or recruitment? In this role, you are the driven catalyst who puts Level.works on the map with new clients.

As a Junior Sales Consultant, you are an important engine behind our growth in existing markets. You combine 'old-fashioned' craftsmanship, picking up the phone, and proactively approaching companies, with modern data-driven outreach. You will work closely with B2B marketers to keep the sales funnel at maximum speed.

Additionally, you will be involved in:

• Proactive outreach and active acquisition at new companies (including in transport, logistics, and technology);
• Utilizing smart AI tools in your sales process to accelerate your outreach and lead follow-up;
• Conducting sharp consultative selling conversations and closing deals;
• Intensive collaboration with B2B Marketers to continuously optimize go-to-market and lead conversion;
• Proactively working towards achieving your targets and commercial objectives under the guidance of our Lead Commerce and CCO.

• Minimum of 1 year of demonstrable experience in a B2B sales or (360) recruitment role;
• No hesitation to pick up the phone directly or walk into a potential client's door;
• Affinity with innovation and curiosity about smart application of AI in your daily work;
• Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness in Dutch (minimum C1);
• Winning mentality, energy, and the ability to switch quickly in short sales cycles.

• An OTE of € 4,500 gross per month (based on 40 hours), consisting of a guaranteed base salary of € 3,000 and a performance bonus of up to € 1,500 per month.
• A monthly bonus scheme based on your commercial results;
