Junior Sales Back Office

BONIN, a leader in the distribution of bicycles and bike accessories with over 50 years of history, is seeking a Junior individual for the sales office back office.

Work location: Padova (PD)

Modality: in person

Responsibilities:

• Support for the commercial function, including managing order pick-ups and customer assistance.

• Close collaboration with warehouse/logistics and customer service departments to ensure customer needs are met and the order preparation and dispatch process is carried out correctly.

• Interaction with the various company functions involved in the sales flow.

Main activities:

• Monitoring order reception through the management system and coordination with the warehouse for the pick-up, shipping, and post-shipping assistance process.

• Preparation of sales documentation (delivery notes and invoices) in collaboration with the accounting/warehouse department.

• Managing relationships with shipping companies and couriers, planning the shipment of goods and products.

• Support for the sales network in managing sales orders, verifying orders received via the B2B portal, and monitoring notes, payment status, and any returns.

• Maintenance of the customer and supplier master database, updating necessary information.

Required Profile:

• Diploma or degree in commercial/economic fields.

• Excellent knowledge of the English language.

• Proficiency in the Office suite.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Aptitude for teamwork in a dynamic environment with constant customer contact.

• Prior experience in commercial back-office roles, service in shipping companies, or services is preferred.

Offer:

• Initial contract of 6 months/1 year with the prospect of conversion to permanent employment.

• Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
