Junior Sales Analyst

Act as a consultative and strategic support to sales engineers, assuming leadership in client service with focus on customer excellence and development of complex commercial proposals, including pricing, taxes, and viability analyses.

Responsible for conducting and validating the quotation process and proposal preparation, providing technical and commercial support in doubts about deadlines, billing, logistics, and other requests, ensuring agile and effective solutions.

Manage and monitor the sales order flow system, ensuring that all stages – from entry to production – occur with assertiveness and within the established deadlines, acting as an interface between client, factory, and engineering.

Care for the quality, integrity, and confidentiality of information under your responsibility, contributing to the strengthening of the company's reputation.

Act in accordance with the Corporate Ethics Code, security policies, environmental and quality policies, being an example of conduct for other team members.

Participate actively in updating, reviewing, and implementing operational procedures, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and proposing solutions that increase efficiency and productivity in the area.

Maintain yourself updated with sector trends and innovations, bringing insights and best practices to improve processes, flows, and commercial results.

Support the technical development of less experienced colleagues by promoting knowledge sharing and strengthening collective team performance.

Perform other activities compatible with the scope of the function, as directed by leadership and strategic demands from the area.
