Junior RPA Consultant

Functional Objectives

• Assist with the implementation, support, and troubleshooting of RPA systems and processes.
• Work closely with senior team members to learn industry standards and best practices.

Is responsible for:

• Monitor and support RPA processes, including data transfer between systems;
• Work under supervision to troubleshoot and resolve basic RPA-related issues;
• Learn and assist with creating, testing, and validating RPA processes;
• Communicate any identified issues or discrepancies effectively;
• Assist in the documentation of RPA processes.

Education and professional knowledge:

• Qualification in Computer Engineering, Communications technology, Mechatronics, or vocational training with additional qualifications (for example, Technician in software development);
• Basic knowledge of IT fundamentals (e.g., networks, databases);
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data processing;
• Spoken and written English;
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to take guidance from senior members.
