Job description
RM Group is seeking a proactive and organised Resourcer/Co-ordinator to join our busy team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.

What you'll be doing:
- Assisting with Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for a variety of roles
- Coordinating interviews, onboarding, and compliance documentation
- Assisting Management with talent pipelines to meet project and client needs
- Maintaining accurate records in our recruitment database
- Previous experience in recruitment support, coordination, or administration
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work to deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Confident using MS Office and recruitment systems
- Supportive, team-focused workplace
