mindline is a full-service institute for market research and marketing consulting, based in Hamburg with further branches in Berlin and Nuremberg. With over 100 employees, mindline is among the ten largest full-service market research providers in Germany.

Tasks

Your tasks:

  • You will work closely and jointly with the team leadership on the operational execution and analysis of studies.
  • Client service! You will maintain intensive contact with our clients.
  • You will control compliance with quality standards and are responsible for the monitoring and task delegation of involved service providers and internal services.
  • After successful training, you will independently take on small projects or parts of large, international projects.

Qualifications

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, or Social Sciences, ideally with a specialization in Marketing and/or Business Psychology.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • High customer, service, and marketing orientation.
  • Creativity and enjoyment in developing new ideas.
  • Enjoyment of data-driven marketing: analysis and evaluation of data, as well as derivation of insights and concrete recommendations for action.
  • Ideally, good (theoretical) knowledge of empirical market research methods.
  • Ability to prepare complex market research issues and analyses simply, understandably, and clearly.
  • Good presentation skills and enjoyment in conveying results persuasively.
  • Organizational talent and a structured way of working.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English languages.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, as well as AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and ideally knowledge of SPSS, R, or Survey Reporter, or comparable tools.
  • And last but not least: An open personality, enjoyment in interacting with clients and colleagues.
