Aufgaben

Your tasks:

  • You will work closely with the team leader on the operational implementation and analysis of studies
  • Customer service! You will maintain intense contact with our clients
  • You will monitor compliance with quality standards and be responsible for overseeing and delegating tasks to internal services and external service providers
  • You will take over small projects or partial tasks from large, international projects after a successful onboarding period

Qualifikation

Your profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Social Sciences, ideally with a focus on Marketing and/or Economic Psychology
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Strong customer-, service-, and marketing-oriented mindset
  • Creativity
  • Pleasure in data-based marketing: analysis, evaluation of data, derivation of insights, and recommendations for action
  • Ideal knowledge of the methods of empirical market research
  • Good presentation skills; ability to present complex market research findings and analyses simply and clearly
  • Organizational talent
  • Very good knowledge of German and English languages
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office programs (especially PowerPoint) and ideally SPSS, R, or Survey Reporter (etc.)
  • And not least: an open personality, enjoyment in dealing with clients and colleagues
