Junior Recruitment Analyst

Junior Recruitment Analyst will be responsible for supporting recruitment and selection processes for different areas of the company, focusing on ensuring that clients attract the best talents and meet their operational needs.

Main responsibilities:

Candidate screening: Analyze received applications and perform pre-selection based on job requirements.

- Scheduling interviews: Organize interviews with candidates, providing clear information about the selection process and the job opening.

- Conducting initial interviews: Conduct screening interviews to evaluate technical and behavioral competencies of candidates.

- Applying tests: Perform tests and evaluations when necessary to support the choice of the most suitable candidate.

Following up on the selection process: Maintain constant communication with candidates, ensuring a transparent and efficient process.

- Talent bank management: Update and maintain the resume bank and candidate pipeline in continuous evolution.

- Reports and indicator control: Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports on the progress of selection processes.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

- Desirable previous experience in recruitment and selection, even if it was during internships or junior positions.

- Communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Organization, proactivity, and good time management.

- Familiarity with recruitment tools and social media platforms focused on hiring.
