Junior Recruiter

The ideal candidate, holding a master's degree, has gained at least some months (internship/stage) of experience in the HR department of an engineering consulting company or in the Engineering division of a headhunting company, approaching the selection of profiles with different seniority levels. The resource will be inserted within the Recruitment division and will collaborate closely with corporate officials, supporting them during the research and selection phase. In addition to this, the candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work in a team and maintain confidentiality. The ideal candidate should also be able to use Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Furthermore, the candidate should be familiar with HR software and systems, such as Workday or similar tools. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to participate in training programs and workshops organized by the company, aimed at developing their skills and knowledge in recruitment and selection processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team in the identification of candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating the suitability of applicants for open positions. The ideal candidate should also be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
