Junior Recruiter (m/w/d) Telefonist/in - Teilzeit/Werkstudent/in

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Recruiter – Telefonist/in (m/w/d) in part-time or as a work student for 20-30 hours per week, who supports our recruiting team in the initial contact with applicants for our clients.

Your tasks at our company:

You will speak daily with applicants who have become aware of our clients through our campaigns – friendly, open and on an equal footing. Preferably afternoons - evenings

• You check if they are generally suitable for the job and our clients – and give a first recommendation to the team.
• You keep your conversation results in the system and ensure that a clear profile emerges.
• You explain the applicants what the position is about, what the company stands for – and ensures that they are well taken care of.
• You are the link between candidate and client – always with the goal that it fits on both sides.

Qualification

• You have either a commercial education or first experiences in customer contact, sales or recruiting – newcomers are welcome at our company.
• You enjoy telephoning and can get along well with people. Friendly, clear and connected.
• You are motivated, work independently and have a good eye for structures.
• You bring some IT affinity – with tools like MS Office or CRM systems you get along well.
• Your German is secure – in word and writing.
