🔎 Your Tasks

• Creation and publication of job postings on relevant platforms.

• Conducting telephone interviews and initial conversations.

• Maintenance of our applicant management system.

• Participation in projects to optimize our recruiting processes.

🎯 Your Profile

• First experience in recruiting or HR - ideally in Blue Collar Recruiting or in the logistics sector.

• You are also welcome as a beginner or lateral entrant from sales.

• Strong communication skills and joy in dealing with people.

• Structured, self-employed work style and organizational talent.

• Safe handling of MS Office; experience with applicant management systems is an advantage.

• Team player with a hands-on mentality.

• Flexibility for part-time 25-30 hours per week.
