Your tasks

• Take over the entire recruiting process – from job posting to successful placement.

• Address applicants and manage selection processes, including phone interviews, aptitude tests, presentation rounds, and information sessions.

• Explore new recruiting channels in close cooperation with your team.

• Set the personnel requirements of the location efficiently and goal-oriented.

• Organize social media sourcing campaigns to address potential talents.

• Conduct external recruiting activities, such as trade show visits, university marketing, presentations, and networking meetings.

• Prepare qualitative reports and statistics for success control and process optimization.

• Maintain the candidate management and database to ensure a structured applicant management.

• Work closely with internal and external interfaces together, ensuring smooth processes.

• Optimize continuously recruitment paths and procedures to increase efficiency.

• Support the operational HR work at the location and bring yourself actively into the team.

This is you

• First experience in operational HR work and/or recruiting

• Degree or economic studies

• High service orientation and very good German language skills

• A healthy dose of persuasion and communication skills

• Interest in the latest sourcing techniques, trends, and tools

• Sovereign appearance and excellent communicative skills

• Decision-making enthusiasm and a secure standing

• Structured, self-employed, and consistent working style
