You will master

• You take over the recruitment of blue-collar employees independently
• You organize and coordinate in close coordination with your colleagues and departments our assessment centers for logistical vacancies
• You conduct job interviews and accompany our applicants from start to finish
• You support applicants in completing their documents as well as questions about contracts and onboarding – together with our team of personnel administration
• You actively work on projects within the personnel department and support as needed in employer branding
• You work closely with the recruiting and employer branding team leadership at the location and report regularly on your topics
• You recruit specialists and executives in defined departments

You bring

• You bring a completed education or studies with personal relevant focus or professional experience in recruitment
• Handling job applications is not foreign to you
• Google Docs or MS Office accompany you already in your daily routine
• You are organized, keep an overview even in stressful phases, and work service-oriented
• You are communicative, responsible, and enjoy working in a team
• You have a desire to develop further, question processes, and bring new ideas
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills, additional languages are a plus
