Junior Recruiter (m/f/d)

for the Pharma / Medical Technology division starting January 1, 2027, in full-time or part-time.

Tasks

• Active participation in search projects through vacancy-related phone calls and successful candidate placements

• Involvement in research through searching, identifying, and approaching suitable candidates

• Conducting phone interviews and presenting suitable vacancies independently

• Processing newly received applications by entering them into the applicant database and preparing subsequent phone interviews

• Sending application documents to clients (via email and customer portals, including preparation of attachments)

• Regular documentation in the applicant database

• Ongoing contact management and network building in the pharmaceutical industry market (primarily with medical representatives, via phone, email, and career portals like Xing & LinkedIn)

• Written correspondence with applicants (status and dispatch notifications, interim decisions, requests for further documents, invitations, rejections, etc.)

• Organization of job interviews including written correspondence in German and English

• Placing, updating, and maintaining job advertisements in job boards, social media portals (Xing, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram), and on our homepage

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a commercial, medical/pharmaceutical, or scientific field

• Entry-level candidates or those with recruiting experience / career changers are welcome!

• Very good spelling and grammar skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Enthusiasm for personnel consulting and networking

• Good organizational skills and the ability to perform clean administration in databases

• Enjoyment of personal contact with people (due to nationwide activity, primarily by phone)

• Proficient IT skills (MS Office and social media), ideally experience working with databases

• Interest and desire to become a permanent part of a small team in a family-like atmosphere
