Aufgaben

• Responsibility for the entire end-to-end recruitment process – from reviewing incoming applications to presenting and accompanying the final offer.
• As the first point of contact, you will accompany our applicants throughout the recruiting process and ensure a professional and respectful candidate experience.
• Active participation in strategic projects for continuous optimization and further development of our recruitment processes, tools, and standards.
• Representation of CBTW at recruiting events, career fairs, and networking formats, as well as active addressing of potential candidates to strengthen our employer brand.

Qualifikation

• Passion for Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
• Studies (e.g. BWL, Economics, Communication) or vocational training
• Communication strength, creativity & self-initiative
• Safe handling of MS Office
• German and English conversationally fluent
